Even I, a humble lad from Geordieland, never heard options 4 and 6 so no, I definitely did not mean those!! However the "Urban Dictionary" is perhaps somewhat more colloquially up to date than the OED and me!

Etymology: dazzler n.
orig. and chiefly dial.
Something striking or excellent; a strikingly-dressed person.
