You all may not want to know this, but beef hides are used to make collagen 
sausage casings and gelatin. So enjoy that hot dog and bowl of jello, yum!

BTW, even knowing that, I LOVE a hot dog or two every once in a while. Jello 
on the other hand, I can pass on...
