Actually, electrical resistivity is also not a fixed number for ED Cu, for the same reason that density is not fixed nor is etch rate, ductility and tensile strength.
None of this applies to rolled cu foil.

The best table is Table 1-1 in IPC-4562; however, be careful with thesenumbers—the thickness is given as 'Nominal Thickness' for a reason. ED Cu doesnot have a fixed density, and it also has bond enhancement treatments. Andsince Cu is solder by weight, foil thickness is customarily given in oz/ft2.
