Don't think so.  As a General Chairman in IPC, I can say that while there 
has been discussion about the class structure, we have not changed them. 
Perhaps Jack Crawford can address this.

Who told you this so we know where to deliver the nuke?

Class.  Is there such a thing as Performance Class 3 "A" and what does it 
entail or address?
