You should have a look at PACE Thermo Bond CIR Kit.

It contains a frame pack, straight run. Part-Number: 1200-0158-01-P1. These are several tracks from 0.64mm up to 2.54mm wideness. I think you need 1.91mm which is equal to 0.075". This pack contains 4 straight run frames 1.91mm which are 40mm long (1.57"). You can order this pack seperately. The whole kit is about 422§. I've been using this Thermo Kit for years now and I must say it's a really outstanding product.

Hello TechNet
I'm looking at the repair of some RF gizmos, and have to replace a corroded trace.  It is wider than the standard repair materials available from Circuit Tech (who are our usual source).  They only go up to .030" wide.

Anyone know of an easy source of repair material to replicate traces that are about .075" wide, about .003 thick, and 2" long?
