In reference to a multi-conductor cable with an outer jacket,
where/does IPC-620 tell you not to put securing (lacing/cable ties)
along the cable (example: 5 conductor network cable, 3 conductor power
cord, etc..)?  I would have thought is would have been in 
section 14 with wire securing specifications but I did not see anything
about this.  Thank you.
