In extreme case, you can always go find a big chopper from photo hobby shop (if the board is square).  Did few times in the past.  You do need strong arms with decisive action (provided it is not one of those 4x 2oz grounds, 18 layers board that extra thick). Make sure you do it on the cleanroom floor, not some four legs wobbly table.

Hand (manual) singulation might be okay for prototypes, but not in production.

Anyway, I think your routes look like they are about six inches long, and may hang 
on the conveyor if the strips (two boards lengthwise) warp or bow. Why couldn't 
those be v-scores as well?

Also, can you remove the yellow rails, or are there components too close to those 
board edges? If so, fabrication might not complain as much (they like to have an 
inch all around for their own purposes, and if you are fabricating 18x24 panels,you 
should try for about 8x10 pallet size to get 4-up. That's what I've always been 
told...) two less rails to remove, anyway.
