Even with pizza cutter de-panel tools if larger capacitors are close to edge of board
(but in spec as to distance from v-score) The orientation of the cap can play into whether there could be problems
with damage to part still.

specify a splitting tool, do not hand depanelize SMT boards. The problem isn't
just the force required to break, it's the vibration from the snap. You might
not notice that problem until a part fails.
