That reminds me of the time I went to the local KFC to grab some take-out.
Placed my order at the remote, drove around to the window, handed the clerk
the money, got proper change. Proceeded to drive home.
Along the way, it had occurred to me that something was not quite right.
Yes, I had the uneasy feeling that something was missing. Shouldn't the car
be filled with the smell of fried chicken?
Turned around, drove back to the KFC drive-thru, and picked up the order.
Sad part is that I was still in my 40s.
