I have the same problem, but I figured out the Tune password (after much
trying).  Not sure if I should make this public, so I'll email you offlist.

However, what to do after that is still a bit of a mystery.  There are
options to set a temp and calibrate (a sensor), and a "start" button, which
fires up the conveyor/fans (but the oven does not heat up) and has a
flashing "tune" button, but does nothing.  Perhaps you can figure it out.
