Subject: Equipment recommendations

Last week I asked for information regarding APS Novastar reflow ovens. Many of you responded and I wanted to thank you for that. However, my request came about due to a misunderstanding (total communications breakdown) between APS Novastar and myself.

Once Novastar APS  had my correct email address they came through like champions. For the record, I want to state that I think their bench-top reflow ovens are excellent.  Else I would not have tried so hard to get the ones I am using back up and running.

Today the APS ovens are back up and running, and they hold their temperatures to +- ONE degree from the set temperature, even during loading. These are ovens that were used for many years, then sat and collected dust, and then were put back into service. They are truly excellent workhorses, and I would recommend them to anyone.
