I know that you can include a picture/image (bmp, jpeg, tiff) while 
creating the titleblock symbol but I am not sure if you can have the 
automated text fields (<title>, <doc>, etc) overlay the picture/image. 
I have usually placed a customer logo and "legal" messages next to the 
standard titleblock.  I don't see any options to import dxf graphics.
