No papers to my knowledge, but you might check with Phil Kinner at HumiSeal, I recall we were involved in some "radiation effects" research, not UV specific but it might shed some light on the subject? (There's a "Deweyism" for you as well!)

UV has little known effects on Acrylics after more than 30 years exposure to full sunlight. Check acrylic "blinds" on factory doors.

As to the other coating types, you might need to ask at your DOD. Here in the UK our CDE at Porton Down ran some extensive investigations concurrently with the US DOD to determine NBC warfare resistance. Don't know if they'll give you any written answers though....
