We do share our design files with our CM's if requested, but be sure you
have a solid mutual non-disclosure agreement in place.

Hi Amol,

CAD files are the source file of all the Gerber and Assembly files
(Component location,Assembly drawings,Stencil files etc..)

The CAD files are created by CAD tools like
Allegro,Expedition,PADS,Altium,CR5000,Cadstar,Board station Etc....

Usually these files will not be shared with the contract manufactures
since it's an IP of the company who designed it.
