Rudy,
the people are loading the in-line washer and their hands are full of flux at this time. Then they will go at the other end to pick the boards up. We try to figure out a way for them to clean hands in between. If no easy solution, we'll probably call the plumber and install a sink at the exit of the machine.

It should clean without water.
