Hi folks - here is the Friday Element Quiz:

The Question:

This element is considered to be one of the most abundant elements on 
earth. This element was not produced in a reasonably pure form until 1751 
and production did not attain 1000 tons/year until the 19th century. The 
element is ferromagnetic at 20C. This element is an essential 
micronutrient in humans with an estimated daily requirement of 100 ug/day. 
What element is this?
