Dear All,
 
We have test coupon attached to our main board. Though V-groove is used, we have occasionally cases of haloing or delamination when the test coupon is break off from the main board. There are few cases whereby the delamination or halo is >3mm but <50% of the acceptance criteria called for. Is there any proof solution to this issue?
