It depends...
Size and geometry ( spiral, patch, microstrip, blade, fractal, phase array, 
pin etc)
Separate antenna or antenns integrated in the board
Frequency
Output power
Gain
etc

For most applications, you use same conductor thickness as the rest of the 
board.
For some applications with a complicated, fine line structure, you may have 
thinner than the overall thickness
For some applications the current can be so high that you need thicker than 
the overall thickness
For some applications the skin effect decides the thickness


I know experienced antenna specialists, so if you need advanced information, 
I can dig a little for you. But as I said, in 90% of the cases, you need not 
deviate from the board's overall thickness.
