Well, if the beverage is Coke, no problem. It works as a flux! Simply
run the phone back through the reflow oven and wash! LOL.

I think Bev is building a Hillman Trap.  Dave just cannot resist a

Hmm, wondering why you want the foil. 

Anyway, 2 mil is neither one ounce 1.35 mil nor 2 ounce - 2.7 mil.  Not 
sure if 1.5 ounce is available. 

If you need exactly 2 mil - guess is you will have to buy wrought foil, 
that has had a "tooth" plated on it.  Olin Brass in Waterbury, CT plated

the dendritic tooth onto rolled annealed foil for better bonding to
epoxy 
or to flex. 

Two tradtional foil sources were Gould/Japan Energy, and Square 
D/Schnieder Group.  Think both get all their ED foil from China, now.
You 
know John Adresakis of Oak-Mitsui in Hoosick Falls, NY?  John would also

know, since they coat foil to get capacitor dielectric. 

All is just from my head- I have never had to buy foil - Denny
