Hi Bev - the practice is dependent on the specific underfill product you 
are using. Some underfills work well and others don't work well for that 
procedure.

Technetters,
I guess I am just full of questions today.  Better full of questions than 
something else though!  :)

What is your opinion with regards to reliability of adding a second shot 
of underfill if it can be done so there is no discernible knit line? This 
assumes al other pas/fail criteria are okay.
