I've been collecting area/height/volume data for the past year and have a few hundred megabytes for 0.125 through 0.18 mm thick foils. Circles, squares, rectangles, NSMD vs SMD pads, squared vs radiused corners, electroform vs laser cut foils, type 3 vs type 4 powder, etc. We don't use 0.1 mm foils yet, but I recently did some printing of various circular apertures from 0.22 to 0.27 mm in diameter with an 0.1 mm thick electroform stencil and a type 4 paste. 75 microns looks like the lower bound of height for an in control process.

As someone else mentioned, the lower bound is really 0 since when you're using an 0.1 mm thick stencil you're typically printing very challenging features and you'd better bring your A game. It's easy to get outliers where no paste was printed or there's a ridiculously tall deposit (0.25 mm). The main thing I see that gives outliers on the high end is printing with insufficient squeegee pressure.
