Dear All,

We have a requirement for a PCB part to have
peelable mask on selective locations after
completion of Immersion Sn process.

We know that baking of Immersion Sn finished PCBs will
adversely affect the solderability. But the peelable
mask that we're currently using (ELECTRA EM55/2095B)
needs to be baked at 150Deg C for 30 minutes.

Does any one know of any peelable mask (or suitable
alternatives) which can be baked/cured at a lower
temperaure (say 50~60 Deg C).

Thanks in advance!

Best Regards,
U.Nagaraj
