This info should guide you in the absence of specific mfg data. 
J-STD-033B, para. 5.4.5, Maximum number of reflows: A maximum of three
reflow passes is allowed per component. If more than three are required
for any reason, the supplier must be consulted (reference J-STD-020).
Components rated under J-STD-020D.1 must withstand 3 reflows to qualify
(ref. 5.6).
