Steve:  Do not know if this is stuff sold at local hardware stores, but I can buy a little tube of something labeled Locktite for a few bucks at my local Orchard Supply.
[You don't suppose that a reputable company like Locktite would relabel a standard product, and kick the price to the sky, to take advantage of what they think of as a rich industry, do you?]

I've been looking for some Loctite 3611 and some Loctite 3515, but can't

especially, and with how often we currently use it, I'm just trying to buy
