You can also email Microsoft through a form from this website
https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?gprid=9860&st=1&wfxredirect=1
&sd=gn 

They no longer have a phone number for this but inside of where it's asking
you to buy there should be a phone contact option, you may need to do that.

You need to check your computer for a license sticker like this,
http://www.runnerduck.com/images/cod-sticker.jpg. If you have one of these
you have a valid license and someone may have grabbed your code and used it.
You simply need to contact Microsoft, I know easier said than done.
Basically as long as you have this sticker you need to call Microsoft, it's
likely someone stole your code and took over your "license".
