First comment would be "What is wrong with the first underfill?"

Second comment would be "What is the weight percentage of the applied 
underfill?"  or in other words, how much of the desired amount of underfill 
actually got applied?

That being said, I have set up a processs where we applied the underfill in five 
separate dispensing steps from one location.....but we never cured in between 
the dispensing operations.   It would have feasible to have broken it up but 
there would have to be room around the part for alternate dispensing sites.

Lastly, you cannot underfill the same area twice.....so "if it meets the 
acceptance criteria, why do you want to do it again?"
