Charming,

Both laminate thickness tolerance and foil thickness are referenced in IPC-4101. There are 8 tolerance "classes", A, B, C, D, K, L, M, and (X which is a tolerance agreed to between the user and supplier for laminates).

Subject: [TN] Board thickness tolerance on IPC spec?

Hello All,

I checked IPC-6012, IPC-600 spec and can not find out any specification on board thickness tolerance. Which IPC spec has default board thickness tolerance specified? Thank you.

Best Regards
Charming Chan
