Jack,

If you set your Subscription Type to Regular, Gmail will automatically
create a conversation thread for each unique subject header, which
enables you to quickly and conveniently archive/mute/delete as
necessary. If you want to go one step further, you could choose to
automatically add the label "TechNet" to all messages with [TN] in the
subject header, which in turn would give you a one-click filter to see
all of those messages grouped separately from your other e-mail.

Try it, you'll like it!
