It's a sewing pattern for a top with 3 different sizes.  It has the pattern
pieces overlaid on top of each other to save space.  You just make copies of
the pieces you need.

My question is where in the world do you come up with this stuff? Anyways,
one thing I notice is that every pattern seems to be repeated in three's
with a slightly different dimension at all edges but one. I wonder why some
are drawn in red, and others in blue? This is really interesting!
