Greetings 'netlings,

 

I seem to recall a study many moons ago regarding the diminished
reliability of wave soldering compliant pin interconnects. To make
matters worse, this is part of a mixed technology OSP lead free no-clean
assy. 

 

I searched the www and couldn't find anything specific.

 

Any opinions, ideas, resources, etc. would be appreciated.
