I think you mean, "A product is still compliant when it has components
that contain the banned elements that meet these criteria".
RoHS compliant by exemption.
Exemptions 5 and 6, and parts of 7, are the ones we most commonly need
to claim.

The short answer is lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium and 2
flame retardants that leach into the water supply (PBB and PBDE).
