Try ESPI metals, they have 1 mil Invar foil listed, and will cut to
needed size.

[TN] 1 mil Invar source for small quantities
Dear TechNetters,
Your opinion and input has always been quite useful. We are looking for
a
source for 1 mil thick Invar in small quantities for experimentation. We
have found a source for large quantities but really we do not need a lot
of
material for experimentation. We also have source for 4 mil thick Invar
but
not for 1 mil in small quantities.
