Hi folks - ok, Bev pointed out that I was not fulfilling my duty and had
not posted a Friday Element Quiz - here ya go:
The Question
This element is naturally occurring and was first discovered in 1902. The
chemical behavior of this element is nearly identical to the element La.
This element is a weak beta emitter. Producing this element is very
challenging and one of the easier production methods is to produce it
synthetically by neutron bombardment of Ra isotopes in fission reactors.
Who am I?
Good Luck - this should be a difficult element to identify.
