Todd,
Try IPC-2152, "Standard for Determining Current-Carrying Capacity in
Printed Board Design". This may help you with trace widths from a
standpoint keeping the board temperature down (power dissipated in the
traces due to I2R losses). For component separation and dielectric
breakdown strength (e.g. for the 120-240 VAC portions of the board) you
will need to keep looking.
