I know, because I introduced NAFI at my company.  I had moments when I hated 
them, because of fretting.  Everything  is vibrating in a jetfighter at 
Mach2, as you know. We had to ask the NAFI makers to modify everything.  My 
worst mistake ever to buy something before it's evaluated and QPL'd.  See, 
there is that NAFI guy....they whispered (I exaggerate a little).
Well, we are using them still after 20 years, but now pressfit.  Our 
pressfit tool works perfectly.  Place the connector in the jig, release 
secure button, grip the large (1 meter) lever and swoop all 6oo pins into 
board within a few seconds. I never thought it would work, but it does.
