Hi Genny,

It's difficult to say what it's looking only at optical images. You'd 
need to have SEM ons taken to get a better idea. 
However, theree is a good chance Dave's quess is right and the only 
correction to make is that it would be silver/copper, not silver/nickel 
intermetallics in case of a SAC alloy.
