You'd have to go through the whole process of testing to confirm your process is "clean". We can do it for you as we have an XRF machine (Fischer XDAL) for the tests.

Dear Technos,
Did anyone perform contamination testing of RoHS boards? I mean, we would like to have hard evidence telling where to draw the line: can we re-use SnPb stencils for RoHS, can we use the same cutters, picks , crimpers, lead forming dies, press-fit tooling, wave pallets, etc? I know the "better safe than sorry" policy is the best, but at times scrapping all the tooling sets for a product becomes very expensive!
Are there any reports, even pay ones, dealing with this topic?
