Well before you continue/revert to a life of abstinence, consider this: red
meat, booze, fat cigars, scoffing cream cakes etc may all be things which
are bad for you, but as they can take up to 20 years to get you - do you
need to worry? And while indulging in all those things you can contemplate
the number of super fit sports stars carrying injuries.
