Stockroom thought they had that problem....
Turned out to be 2 things:
1) the IR from the heating elements directly irradiating the black reels due to reflections in the oven
2) the reels were too close to the IR shield meant to eliminate direct IR exposure to material in the oven...
Have not seen any blue or white reel problems yet...
I haven't seen any material ID for the reels themselves so but I suppose someone will eventually want to use a cheaper low temp material...
