Dear Technetters:

We are being asked by our client to supply a HQ19 MILL Test Report for the FR-4 being used on the PCB. The PCB house and our normal test house do not know what I am talking about.

Does anyone know of a test house that can generate this type of testing (chem and physical analysis per ASTM guidelines)?
