Thank you for being the first to answer. However, for my case, why do you preface your answer with "it depends"? The temperature I mentioned was 40C and you are talking about 60C and above. Have you personally seen warpage at 40C?

Warpage at 40C? Or glue problems - loss of adhesion, too much adhesion, glue migrating to solderable sufaces of comonents? Again, I am asking about 40C, not higher temps.

it depend of kind of plastic material the reels are made. Most of the reels
are made by (PE-Polyetilene, PS Plystirene,..) and this can withstand
around Max 60-65°C without get warped. Then there are reel made by (PC)
Polycarbonate, (some time blended) they can withstand 150°C. Very expensive
an used only by those who may be need to bake parts already in Tape & Reel.
For sure, in that case the Carrier Tape is made also by Polycarbonate and
Cover Tape also is kind of material that can withstand the high baking
temperature( 110-140°C).
Check on your Reel and look for : PE, PS,PC, PVC (bad), etc
