hat will not fix your problem.
Your problem is that your PCB soldering pads are too large.  Reduce their size to half component width and the problem will disappear.

If your boards are suited for the reflow profile and you are buying your boards 
from a reputable source you should be OK. But why do you think that just running 
the boards back through will fix your tombstoning problem?  What haven't you 
told us?

We had an order of 50 PCBs that after reflow, it was discovered that we had 
tombstoning and quite a few components that didn't solder correctly. We have 
traced it to the operator using an incorrect profile. I've been in the business 
long enough to remember that you could run a board through the wavesolder 
twice, without damaging it. Does the same apply to reflowing SMT? Can I re-
run the boards through the reflow oven again? We are a small ECM that has 
been in business for 20+ years and we have never had this happen before, but 
I am hoping someone can help me out.
