The flux for soldering Nitinol is very aggressive and not for electronic
use.
So if soldering Nitinol to PCB you will need to pre-tin the Nitinol and then
clean it thoroughly.
Alternatively plate the wire with something that is capable of being
soldered with electronic material. As already suggested we have an Apps note
on this, Look also at the one for soldering Aluminium which discusses
plating, will be similar for Nitinol
Possibly you could crimp a solderable connector to the wire end, but you
would need someone else to tell you how to do that

Regards

Mike
