Maybe in the U.S. it is better, but here in Germany somebody who 
purchases chemicals like H2O2 is automatically highly suspect to be a 
terrorist, thanks to our wonderful legislation. Any hobbyist 
interested in chemistry surely makes bombs and/or drugs :-\  
You wouldn't think how some standard household chemicals (baking 
powder!! Salt!! Soda!!) got on their lists for "dangerous chemicals 
to be banned or regulated"

All that has nothing to do with real safety hazards and any 
restrictions concerning disposal of used chemistry. That's just 
politics. We claim to be a high-tech nation and scare the future 
scientists away.

Sorry for that rant. Feel better now...

PS.: What about the muliple, immense dangers and risks of DHMO 
(Dihydrogenmonixide)!?
