Bev,

I had the same q some time ago in conjuntion with epoxy bleedout. We
suspected leakage of Bisphenol, which is not healthy in electronics. Asked
a glue sniffer at Loctite (Henkel) and he replied that nearly all epoxies
contain Bisphenol A. Alternatives exist but are not of commercial interest,
he said.
