13949 was cancelled without supersession over a decade ago. 4101/21 is
vanilla GFN material but you cannot certify to the mil spec so if it is
on print you need a waiver to the 4101...officially.  in the real world
its apples to apples and you are fine.  Ian

C.5/C1/C1/C1/C1/C.5
B2A (PER MIL-S-1349) for Board material while the supplier has been
specifying IPC 4101/21 all this time. Are the material specifications
equivalent?
