Dee,

Delrin is widely available from plastics suppliers (possibly even from
Grainger, or McMaster Carr, etc.) in the form of rod and sheet.

Any local machine shop should be more than capable of turning what you need
if you can not find them commercially available.

Do you have an internal machine repair/tool room/machine shop? They may
welcome something easy for a change.

http://www.smallparts.com/ - makes a lot of nylon standoffs. May have a
lead for you WRT delrin standoffs. Also sell the delrin rod.

How many do you need? I might turn them down in the basement...

Subject: [TN] OT Delrin spacer threaded female/male

We are looking for a delrin spacer threaded female/male either off
the shelf or someone to do custom. Application is non-conductive,
under vacuum and cryo temp. Can't use nylon because of out gassing.

Any leads would be appreciated.
