I think you need specify what S parameters.  Some labs do not have
equipments to measure all S parameters.  You have e.g. S11/Smith, S12/Smith,
S12/LogMag, S13LogMag, S14/LogMag, S21, S22, S23, S24, S31, S32, Sdd11,
Sdd12 and many more.  I worked as a test engineer for a couple of years long
ago, and remember that even if our specs were rather advanced, they did not
take all S.  We used to go to some of Agilent's labs to get help. I don't
know if they still offer measurement service, but it may be worth a try. 
Adapter
for your coplanar is no problem for them, they have everything.
I would like to know which parameters you want, have forgotten most about 
resonator
testing.
