----6-10dCN 技术组招募更多成员开发IPC-9704



    6-10dCN技术组已于近日完成了IPC -9701A中文版的全部翻译审核工作，并即将开始IPC-9704中文版的审核工作。

6-10dCN是关于电子组件焊接连接性能及可靠性的技术组。IPC-9704《印制线路板应变测试指南》是其负责开发的标准之一。

IPC-9704给出了电子行业需要进行应变测试的印制线路板、元器件、器件范围，规范了应变计、应变计粘贴、引线处理、测试设备、测试校准、作业模拟、运输包装测试等项目，此外还对数据分析、测试采样频率、测试报告提出了要求。

该技术组将首先翻译、审核、出版IPC-9704的中文版标准，并与美国的技术组共同审核、更新这项标准。

6-10dCN技术组的主席为来自伟创力（珠海）的陈广民。为了促进IPC-9704中文版的开发，6-10dCN技术组新增一位联合主席，他是来自广达电脑全资公司达丰（上海）电脑有限公司的史洪宾。

6-10dCN is recruiting more members to develop IPC-9704

6-10dCN has just finished the development of IPC-9704 in Chinese. It will begin to review the Chinese version of IPC-9704.

6-10dCN is a group related to the performance and reliability of surface mount solder attachments of electronic assemblies。IPC-9704 is one of the documents which 6-10dCN is responsible to develop.

IPC-9704 describes specific guidelines for strain gage testing in the manufacturing process, including board assembly, test, system integration and board shipping, and provides coverage of test setup and equipment requirements, strain measurement techniques and test report formats.

At first, the group will translate and review the document into Chinese, at the same time, it will develop and update its new versions together with 6-10dCN in USA.

Johnny Chen undertakes the Chairman of 6-10dCN, who is from Flextronics(Zhuhai). In order to promote the development of IPC-9704, 6-10dCN will add a Co-Chairman, Kevin Shi, who is from Tech-Front (Shanghai) Computer Co. Ltd..
