Hi Ioan

The solder-mask won't do the job you need doing.

Some time ago we did a lot of work with a customer in Sweden requiring protection of the electronics housed in the milk-shed that was hosed-down daily. That had a high level of ammonia...and a whole lot more!!

My colleague at the time, whilst the customer was discussing the problems in Swedish, and not understanding what we were looking at, sniffed an assembly - hesitated, wet his finger touched the assembly and tasted remarking - "geez, this tastes like **** - it is. we all remarked!

Try a single part urethane coating and bake the devil out of it - it will do what you want.
